Education

I hold a PhD in Education Sciences from Ramon Llull University (URL) and a degree in Political Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). I also hold a Master’s in Public Management from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and a Master’s in Teacher Training from the International University of Valencia (VIU).

I have also undertaken training in applied research at the MIT Media Lab and the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). More recently, I completed ESADE’s Executive Programme in Leadership and Social Innovation for NGOs.

Professional experience

I have 15 years of experience driving educational transformation across public, private and non-profit organisations. My passion is to promote social change and create new opportunities for people through research, project design and policy advocacy.

Selected projects

I joined the Bofill Foundation in 2016, where my main contributions have included:

  • Designing and launching EDhack, a new methodology for the community-based co-design of educational solutions.
  • Developing Som Crítics, a campaign to promote critical thinking in education.
  • Conceptualising and launching the Estiu Enriquit campaign, aimed at promoting new policies to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities during the summer.
  • Promoting a range of challenges as part of the Obrim l’Educació initiative.
  • I currently lead the organisation’s equity strategy, which includes the Educational Opportunities Lab, BiblioTech and Code Club.
