Education
Journalist with a Master’s Degree in Public and Social Policies from Pompeu Fabra University, with additional training in Leadership and Social Innovation at ESADE.
Experience
I have worked as a journalist specialising in social issues and within cultural institutions. Since 2019, I have been leading the strategy against school segregation at Fundació Bofill. I monitor educational inequalities through data analysis and maintain an ongoing dialogue with local stakeholders to identify trends and scalable solutions. I am motivated by developing feasible public policy proposals and leading advocacy and mobilisation strategies that contribute to a fairer and more equitable society.
I believe that real innovation often emerges from the spaces closest to people: schools, municipalities, communities… Identifying, listening to and supporting these actors is essential to scaling up public policies that work.
