It is focused on\u00a0<strong>ESO students in vulnerable situation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The development of social-emotional skills in adolescence helps young people to\u00a0improve their academic results and to have more tools and resources for personal,\u00a0academic and professional life..<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the social-emotional skills that PENTABILITIES works on?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Responsibility<\/strong> towards the work done in the classroom<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooperation<\/strong> with the rest of the classmates<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autonomy<\/strong> to work independently <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>initiative<\/strong> in proposing ideas and in<br \/>\nresolving conflicts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emotional management<\/strong> of oneself and of the rest of the group<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thinking skills<\/strong> that contribute to making reflections on the contents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pentabilities.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PENTABILITIES<\/a> <strong>is integrated in the classroom, during school hours<\/strong> and can be\u00a0applied in any subject class.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We create spaces for working on the skills<\/strong> within the regular academic content by\u00a0<strong>training teachers<\/strong> in these social-emotional skills and also in the behaviours that\u00a0allow them to be observed. As a result, <strong>students learn to know the different skills and\u00a0to know how to observe them<\/strong> in themselves and in others.<\/p>\n<p>Through an innovative an easy-to-use digital application, students\u2019 skills and\u00a0behaviours are assessed. <strong>The evaluation is done both by the teachers and the\u00a0students themselves<\/strong> (on themselves and on the rest of the class group).\u00a0From time to time, the teacher extracts a report from the web platform with the\u00a0evaluations received from each student and holds a feedback session with the\u00a0teenager.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of PENTABILITIES generates benefits throughout the\u00a0educational ecosystem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachers have <strong>personalised support to help them integrate PENTABILITIES<\/strong> intheir day-to-day work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schools obtain a tool that can be applied in their educational process<\/strong>, as both\u00a0the app and the training will remain at the disposal of the teaching teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Students learn and work on social-emotional skills<\/strong> that have a direct impact\u00a0on their academic learning and their personal future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PENTABILITIES<\/strong> transforms the way of working on social-emotional skills in the\u00a0classroom and contributes to educational equity.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Educational Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The<strong> PENTABILITIES <\/strong>project is included in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.equitat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3 Bofill<\/a>\u2019s<strong> Educational Support\u00a0programme, which is part of an impact assessment that will validate the results\u00a0obtained and contribute to promoting public policies that focus on scientifically\u00a0proven results.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Funded by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusion.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministerio de Inclusi\u00f3n, Seguridad Social y Migraciones<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/planderecuperacion.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nexteugeneration.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uni\u00f3n Europea.
