{"id":118242,"date":"2021-06-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fundaciobofill.mortensen.cat\/projectes\/2020-yearbook\/"},"modified":"2020-11-25T08:15:01","modified_gmt":"2020-11-25T08:15:01","slug":"2020-yearbook","status":"publish","type":"projectes","link":"https:\/\/www.equitat.org\/en\/2020-yearbook","title":{"rendered":"2020 Yearbook"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equitat.org\/publicacions\/anuari-2020\" target=\"_blank\"><em>2020 Yearbook: The state of education in Catalonia<\/em><\/a> reviews the main indicators of the reality of the Catalan education system and puts forward proposals in relation to challenges posed by the need to move towards a quality education that creates opportunities for all students.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>The collaborations included in this <em>2020 Yearbook<\/em>, compiled by <strong>ten experts led by C\u00e9sar Coll and Bernat Albaig\u00e9s<\/strong>, address some of the most pressing educational challenges we share with our neighbouring countries, based on the reality of the Catalan education system, and its strengths and weaknesses.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>In line with this approach, the <em>Yearbook<\/em>&#13;<br \/>\nshows that, despite the efforts that have been made and the progress we have seen, <strong>our education system still has outstanding issues: the stagnation of educational trajectories and dropout rates, the digital divide, inequalities in access to education and activities for 0-3 year olds, deficits in the distribution of grants and educational spending<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Based on this reality, the authors analyse and present proposals regarding the challenges of the need to move towards an educational system which meets the learning needs of students in the initial decades of the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century: educational innovation, new learning needs, time and educational spaces, teacher training, ICT and equality.
